The template documents in Employment Hero contain sections that can be edited so that they can be tailored to a particular employee.
However, at this stage, the ability to amend or add clauses within the template documents is not available. Similarly, making a non-optional clause optional is not available.
We appreciate that businesses have specific requirements and employment conditions – that is why we are more than happy to upload your own document templates to your Employment Hero account so that you can get the full advantage of the platform’s functionality. Please refer to these guidelines on "Can I add my own document?".
Additionally, you can refer to one of our template documents as a starting reference and add any additional clauses you require for your business that we can then upload as a template document for you. This process requires us to re-create the original contract and add your additional clauses so please be aware these requests will fall into the same procedure as adding your own document.
