Admins have permission to view all employee files and see leave and timesheet reports, aswell as leave requests and timesheets submitted by employees without a manager. For an explanation of permissions click here.
If the employee you wish to make admin has not been created yet, you will need to do so first. Click here for help on creating an employee.
How to mark as admin:
- Create the employee if they do not already exist (see above)
- Open their employee file
Personnel > Employee File > click on employee name
- Click on the Overview
- Turn on "Make admin"
- Check the employee status has changed from "Employee" to "Admin".
