People are only allowed to work in Australia if they are granted the right work permissions. A company verifies employees' work eligibility by checking work eligibility related information and documents.
With Employment Hero, the Work Eligibility module can be used to manage Work Eligibility related information. These information can be provided, updated and viewed at the following stages:
- When the employee is invited to on boarding, they can provide Work Eligibility information by filling the form and uploading related documents.
- Admin/manager and the employee can also update employee's Work Eligibility information after the employee is on-boarded. Just go to:
Employee file > Work Eligibility > Editand update fields: Passport number, Passport expiry date, Passport issue country, Visa type and Visa expiry date. You can also add or delete Supporting documents related to Work Eligibility on the same page.
