If you have lost your email invite to access Employment Hero, your employer can resend invites to an employee.
When you open the link in this email, you may get an error message saying the link has expired.
If the reset link has expired it is due to the following:
-The link has already been clicked previously
-There is another tab or window where you are already logged in
-The link that was clicked was not the latest link you requested
To fix this please follow these steps:
1. Close all browser windows and open a new window
2. Go to Employment Hero
3. Click "I forgot my password" and follow the steps to ensure your link wont expire
4. Go to your inbox and open the latest reset password email from <email@example.com>. Please ensure your filters allow emails from this address.
