There may be three reasons as to why you can't log in:
- Incorrect password: if you have forgotten your password please follow this guide https://employmenthero.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201319469-How-to-reset-password
- Incorrect email: your employer has created your account for you, please contact them about what your account email is.
- Access revoked: you have been offboarded from the organisation which you were employed under.
The email address you use to log in is based on your Account Email. An Admin or Owner from your organisation can find this out for you by going to:
Personnel > Employee Files > find employee > click their name > Personal Details > click Edit > Account Email
The Employment Hero Support team does not control your organisation's employee database so they may be limited in the information they can provide.
