Employment Hero allows a company to assign physical locations to their employees.
To set up Locations for a company, log in to Employment Hero as admin/owner and go to:
Settings > Locations
and you can manage your company's physical locations by adding, editing, disabling/enabling and deleting locations from here:
- Add new locations
Click Add from the top left corner of the page. In the pop up window, fill the Name and Description of the new location and Save.
- Edit a location
To edit an existing location, click Edit from the drop down list of Action button of the location, update the name and description fields of the location and Save.
- Disable/enable a location
A location is enabled by default. An enabled location can be disabled. A disabled record will be highlighted with a disabled label next to location name.
A disabled location can be enabled.
Click disable/enable from the Action drop down list to disable/enable a location.
- Delete a location
A location can only be deleted when it has never been assigned to any employee files.
You can't delete a location if it has been used by any employee files. However, you can disable the location if you don't want it to be used any more.
Click delete from the Action drop down list to delete a location.
