Employment Hero allows an admin/owner of a company to assign physical location to an employee.
Given a company has set up physical locations (Refer to [Locations Settings] for details), an employee's location can be found from:
Personnel > Employee Files > click the employee > Employment Details > Location
As an admin/owner, you can assign a location to an employee as following:
- Set location when onboarding a new employee
During the onboarding procedure, the admin who is onboarding the employee can set the location of the employee by selecting a currently enabled location from the drop down list of the Location field.
- Assign location to employee file
After a employee is created, go to
Personnel > Employee Files > click the employee > Employment Details > Edit > LocationSelect the location from the drop down list for the employee and Save.
