This feature can only be seen by admins and owners.
The Audit Trail feature allows you to investigate changes that have been made to your organisation's records.
Currently, we audit the following:
- deleted employees
- deleted timesheets
- deleted leave requests
- changes to payroll admin email addresses
- superannuation changes
- changes to primary manager
- changes to teams
- changes to locations
You can see your Audit Trail by going to:
Reports > Audit Trail
From here you can see what was changed and when it occurred.
As an example, if Mickey Mouse's employee file was deleted, you are able to use the Audit Trail to find:
- timestamp of when Mickey Mouse was deleted
- who deleted Mickey Mouse's employee file
