With the introduction of our new Compliance Report, we have also introduced a new email notification to remind active employees and active independent contractors (if Documents for independent contractors is enabled) of any outstanding policies or induction content that require their acknowledgement.
To enable daily email notifications for your employees and independent contractors, login to Employment Hero and go to;
General settings > Email Settings
Organisations can turn off daily email reminders for outstanding policies and induction content at any time by selecting 'No' for email notifications.
Unfortunately employees and independent contractors are unable to disable this email notification as they are required to acknowledge the selected policies and induction content to be compliant with their organisation.
