Processed leave requests are leave requests that have been applied to a pay run. Employment Hero has the ability to track processed leave requests for organisations connected to either Employment Hero Payroll, KeyPay and QuickBooks Online and lock them down so that they cannot be edited or deleted.
A leave request will become un-editable in Employment Hero once it has been applied to a pay run (either manually applied, partially applied or applied normally) and employee payslips have been imported into Employment Hero.
Each processed leave request will be recorded with a timestamp for the date and time a pay run was imported. However the leave requests do not necessarily need to be included within the pay run being imported in order for them to be processed within Employment Hero. Furthermore even if the leave requests are applied to an unfinalised or unpublished pay run they will be still be recorded as 'applied' after payslips are updated in Employment Hero and will therefore be recorded as processed.
NOTE: For any leave request processed before the deployment of this feature (15/12/2015), the "Processed at" timestamp will be recorded as N/A. All leave requests processed after this date will be recorded with the correct timestamp.
