When a leave request is approved, there are several reasons that would prevent it from being pushed to payroll. For example, the employee may not connected to payroll. Leave requests that cannot be pushed to payroll are indicated with a red clock.
To find out what the issue is, view the details of the leave request. After rectifying the issue, you can re-push the leave request to payroll by clicking:
Actions > View details > Re-sync
If the leave request does not push after you have addressed the error and have tried re-syncing, please contact Employment Hero support.
