We have employees who have super going into a Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF). How would this work on HeroPay and do I need to set up some sort of gateway to a clearinghouse?
SMSF can be paid via the ClickSuper (clearing house) in Payroll Platform along with the other super payments. You simply register for ClickSuper and set it up. Automated super payments are available for all users and quarterly super processing is included at no additional cost. If you wish to process super at more regular intervals (monthly), there is an additional 25c per employee per batch submission.
For setting up the SMSF for employees, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log onto the HeroPay platform
2. On the left-hand menu bar - click on Employee / List / (choose an employee)
3. Click on Super Funds / Add
4. Click on the name and then select the second tab called Self Managed
