If an employee is having trouble viewing their Roster online.
- Log into their Employment Hero HR account as usual and then click on 'Rostering'
- When the message displays 'Rostering should be ready in a few seconds. Please wait...', refresh the browser.
- If this does not work, the employees can try clearing their browser history before attempting to access their roster information again (Instructions: How to clear Chrome's browsing history)
- Alternatively, they can also try using Chrome's incognito mode to access their roster information (Instructions: How to browse Chrome in incognito mode)
