When the payroll error is "
A validation exception occurred, Invalid PayrollCalendarID" that means that the Pay Schedule assigned to the employee in Employment Hero does not match up to the one assigned in Xero. The steps to resolve this issue are listed below:
- Log into HR
- Navigate to Payroll Settings > Pay Schedules
- Click on Update from Payroll
Once updated successfully, navigate to the affected employee's file (Personnel > Employees);
- Click on Pay Details > Actions > Edit
- Select the correct pay schedule
- Click Save.
This will resolve the payroll error.
