In case where employee is terminated in Payroll System, We also need to separately off board employee from HR platform.
Changes made to an employee's information in the payroll system will not be reflected in the HR platform as the data does not sync over that way. Our data sync only works from the HR platform into the payroll system.
We would recommend for you to offboard the employee in the HR side which will sync the data across and terminate the employee in the payroll side.
This will avoid double entry and would allow the data between the two systems to remain consistent.
