It will now be easier for employers to resolve any sync issues on Employment Hero HR, ranging from Employee Files, Leave Requests and Timesheets.
The Sync Dashboard can be found on your Dashboard (if there are sync issues) or can be accessed by clicking on Payroll Settings > Sync Dashboard.
On the Dashboard if your organisation has payroll errors, you will see the following widget:
This will display the amount of sync issues currently related to each of the 3 areas (Employee Files, Leave Requests, Timesheets). Clicking on "View Details" will take you to the Sync Dashboard that will display more information.
On the Sync Dashboard, there are 3 columns of information:
Employee: This will let you know which Employee has been affected by a sync issue.
Errors: The error field will display the original error displayed by the platform.
Recommended Actions: The Recommended Actions field will assist you with the best solution to resolve the sync issue. In the case that the issue requires assistance from our Support Team, we will include the option to contact our Support Team.
We have now also included a re-sync button that will enable you to simultaneously sync across multiple Employee Files and Leave Requests. You will simply need to select the tick box on the left-hand side of each error, then you will be able to click on "Re-Sync" and it will automatically update each item to your payroll platform.
Managers will also have access to the Sync Dashboard based on their Security Group Permissions. If a Manager has access to modify employee's pay details, they will be able to see the "Employee Files", "Leave Requests" and "Timesheet" tabs within the dashboard.
However, if they only have access to "View" Pay Details, then they will only be able to see the "Leave Requests" and "Timesheet" tab.
